Orlando Norrires Credit Union is planning to open a landing page for its website to help visitors get started with their new credit union.
The landing page, titled “Landing Page: Orlando Norrris Creditunion”, includes an introductory video that explains how the credit union works and offers a short video tutorial on how to create an account.
Users can sign up for an account using a credit card and use their debit card to pay for purchases.
Norris CreditUnion, which operates more than 1,400 branches in 13 states, has a total of 1,000 credit union members.
It is also the largest credit union in the state.
In an interview with ABC News, Orlando Norreres CreditUnion founder John Cipollone said the landing page was an idea he and the other co-founders shared about two years ago.
“We started talking about this idea that you could have an easy-to-use online landing page,” Cipolone said.
“And, it was a question we got a lot of questions about, so we just had to work on it,” he added.
“When we got to it, we were surprised by how many people wanted to do this.”
Norris also plans to add a few more features, such as a live chat, when it opens its first branch next week.
Cipole said he hopes to have the landing pages for the first two branches up and running by October.
“It’s a big milestone for us,” he said.
“It’s really exciting.”
Cipole and the co-founder, Dan Schulman, have worked at Norris since 2013 and said it has been an important part of their lives since.
“The credit union is a very small business, so there’s a lot that we’ve done together that’s just really hard to see,” Schulmen said.
The company was founded in 2001 and is the largest in Florida, according to its website.
Its credit union branches serve about 20 million customers and operate in more than 100 cities in the U.S. and Canada.
